Power light on, board LED lights on, no LED fault lights, doesn't boot up, no initial cpu, memory tests shown on monitor.
Troubleshooting:
- Carefully removed the RAM and cleaned the contacts. Cleared board memory to clear the error if any, shorting reset pins on motherboard as per motherboard documentation - no effect.
- Disconnectd all devices including hard drive, usb cable, cleared board memory again -no effect
- Replaced the graphics card, cleared board memory again - no effect.
Solution: Replaced the Power Supply and it booted.
Most likely have a bad power supply cable going to the board even though the board LEDs light up.
